Project summary

A mixed-method study examining economic, social, governance, education and security factors influencing irregular youth migration. The study integrates survey evidence, key informant interviews and focus group discussions and is being consolidated into a joint analytical report.

Current status: Fieldwork, quantitative analysis and data verification completed; qualitative integration and final report consolidation ongoing.

A proposed socioeconomic study assessing how regional geopolitical disruption, including the Iran–Israel crisis and related trade uncertainty, may affect prices, supply chains, businesses, household consumption and market confidence in Puntland.

Project summary
