As the chancellor of East Africa University, I am proud of our dynamic quality-oriented academic program, which is an opportunity
for post-secondary students.
EAU is the largest university in the Somali peninsula as it has seven branches both in the Somali Federal Republic and in Somaliland. I would like to take this opportunity to share our success story with you, whether the student is a current student, prospective student, a parent, a stakeholder, or one of our alumni. This booklet will allow us to present our success and the many positive changes taking place at this University.

Our university stands as a beacon of academic excellence, dedicated to the production of competent and highly skilled graduates who garner both national and international recognition.
Our success is deeply rooted in the robust academic foundation we provide, one that is firmly grounded in cutting-edge technology of the new era. Having earned accreditation both locally and internationally, we are steadfast in our commitment to maintaining and elevating the esteemed reputation of our institution.
As we uphold our mission of delivering ‘quality education,’ we have amassed substantial evidence of our achievements. Notably, in the year 2005, our graduating students achieved remarkable positions in both public and private sectors. Moreover, several of our alumni secured post-graduate admissions to esteemed universities across the globe, including those in Britain, Australia, the United States, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Sudan, and Yemen.
Attracting qualified lecturers, both locally and internationally, is integral to our commitment to excellence. These dedicated educators share in our vision, tirelessly working to enhance our institution and uphold the values that have contributed to our success in the academic realm.
