The Faculty of Marine, Environment and Earth Sciences Program encompass research and education in geology, marine sciences, and environment. Our focal academic areas span the range from the natural and social sciences to the environmental humanities.
The faculty provides students with an opportunity to pursue a wide range of disciplinary and interdisciplinary degree programs. These include a highly-ranked marine sciences program. Collectively, the programs of the faculty have a significant impact on students, research and development and the well-being of people in the country.
The programs are meant to help the student develop the skills and scientific training at the highest level, including scientific analysis, innovation, critical thinking, and decision-making and independent research work. The students will be enabled to do research in cutting edge fields by being prepared for future participation and coordination of research projects which will develop entrepreneurship skills and specific tools applied to the industrial and production sector.
